I'm a Technical Project Manager and IT Business Analyst based in Karachi, Pakistan, actively serving clients across the Middle East including UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. Over the past 5+ years, I've worked with startups, scale-ups, and enterprises—helping them deliver products faster, manage budgets smarter, and build stronger technical teams.
I graduated from Iqra University in 2022 with a degree in Computer Science. My first PM role was at Toobitech, where I learned that being a PM isn't about making decisions alone—it's about asking the right questions, listening to engineers, and translating executive vision into clear milestones.
My Philosophy
I believe great project management is invisible. I'm not here to add process for process's sake. I'm here to remove friction: clear requirements, realistic timelines, transparent communication, and early risk management. I'm an advocate of Agile methodologies—but I'm pragmatic. Every project is different.
Over the years, my experience has spanned across NXP Technologies, Apex Tech World, and now Zenith Flow Tech, where I manage the Applications & PM team. I specializing in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution—ensuring product visions become reality.
Technical Expertise
I've worked with Flutter, React Native, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, and Firebase. While I'm not a full-time developer, my background allows me to understand architecture, review PRs, and translate between engineers and business stakeholders effectively.
